After 14 days in the hospital, Mrs. Trieber is finally going home!
She’s doing better than expected and gets to leave earlier than the doctors initially thought. Praise God for the fact that she has healed and mended so quickly.
Please keep praying that there’s no cancer in the lymph nodes and for a complete and total recovery. We are so grateful for all your love, prayers, and support!
If you would like to help Pastor and Mrs. Trieber with a meal as she recovers, contact Miriam Chung at mchung@nvbschools.org. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Praise God — the surgery was a success! The doctors were able to remove the entire tumor, reconnect everything, and drain the fluid. This was truly the best-case outcome we had been praying for, and we are so thankful for God’s answered prayers!
They will still be doing further testing, and our next specific prayer is that the cancer has not spread to the lymph nodes. Thank you so much for all your love, support, and faithful prayers — we are incredibly grateful.

This morning, we received wonderful news—Mrs. Trieber’s nutrient levels have really improved over the past 48 hours and have finally hit the benchmark the doctor was looking for! If she continues gaining strength and improving today, they feel confident moving forward with surgery as early as tomorrow. This is a huge answer to prayer, and Mrs. T is super excited and encouraged!
Today, we are specifically asking for prayer for:
• Continued physical strength for Mrs. T
• Further improvement in her nutrient levels
• That surgery will be able to happen very soon
• That there would be no cancer in the lymph nodes
Thank you so much for your faithful prayers and encouragement during this time—we are seeing God’s hand at work!

Please continue to pray that Mrs. Trieber’s nutrient levels go up. She had labs drawn this morning, and unfortunately, they have not raised enough for them to do the surgery.
When they are able to perform the surgery, pray they will be able to reconnect her properly and not have any complications. She is otherwise in good spirits and doing well, but she is bored out of her mind. 😊

Pastor and Mrs. Trieber had some encouraging meetings with the surgeons and doctors this morning. The doctors were initially concerned that the colon cancer may have spread to other areas of her body. However, a CT scan revealed that it has not spread, praise God!
At this time, the doctors are still concerned that Mrs. Trieber is too weak to undergo the necessary surgery. We are specifically praying for renewed strength so the surgery can be scheduled and successfully completed soon.
We are deeply grateful for your continued prayers and support. We remain confident in God and continue to see His mighty hand at work.

It is with a heavy heart that we inform you that Mrs. T has colon cancer. They are preparing for further testing to determine the stage and best course of treatment.
It’s been a long and emotionally exhausting day for Pastor and Mrs. Trieber. Please hold off on calls or texts until later so they can get much-needed rest.
Please continue to pray for wisdom for the doctors, strength for Mrs. Trieber, and peace for the family during this time. Your love and support mean so much to Pastor, Mrs. Trieber, and the family

Mrs. T is currently being prepped for the procedure that we had prayed would happen today. That is a huge answer to prayer. Please pray that the doctors will have wisdom and be able to clearly see everything that they need to see. Please pray for miraculous results!
Tuesday, May 6 at 12:00pm
The doctors were encouraged by Mrs. Trieber’s health metrics this morning and have scheduled a necessary procedure this afternoon to gain more information about the tumor and to see if it is cancerous. This is a huge answer to prayer from just yesterday. From this procedure, they can schedule and plan the best surgical options. Please pray for good results from today’s procedure and wisdom for the surgeons as they evaluate everything and schedule the surgery. We greatly appreciate your prayers!
