Moses and Aaron approach the Pharaoh of Egypt for the first time in Exodus 5 to deliver God’s command to “Let my people go.” Pharaoh responds to Moses and Aaron “Who is the Lord?” Pharaoh and the Egyptians did not know of God or His ability. Let each of us in our generation tell and show our world about our God so that it may never be said in our nation, “Who is the Lord.”
Pastor Trieber has been the pastor at North Valley since 1976. Under his leadership, hundreds of pastors, evangelists, missionaries, and Christian servants have been called and sent forth into the Gospel ministry. Pastor Trieber has been hosting this conference for 39 years.
Pastor Joseph Brown grew up in Iowa at Marion Avenue Baptist Church. Bro. Joseph served alongside his father, Pastor Larry Brown, for ten years as the youth pastor. In 2011, he became the senior pastor of his home church. His heart for God and young people are evident in his preaching and singing.
Pastor Mark Stroud has been the Pastor of Wahoo Baptist Church since November 2001. After serving almost eight years as a youth pastor, Wahoo Baptist Church called Pastor Stroud to be their Pastor. The Lord has graciously opened many doors for Pastor Stroud to travel and preach in revivals, youth meetings, and camp meetings all across America.
Mark Swanson is the pastor of the Berean Baptist Church. Bro. Mark spent the first twenty-two years of his ministry as the youth pastor before assuming the role of pastor. He has served our Lord faithfully and continues to give teenagers a solid foundation on which they can build a Christ-centered life. He has become a favorite speaker at our conferences.

The pre-registration deadline is Wednesday, June 1. For groups to qualify for the pre-registration rates listed, registration forms and fees must be submitted by this date. Registration sent via mail must be postmarked for June 1.
All registration fees increase by $20 after June 1. Please keep in mind that group registration is incomplete without registration forms and fees. For example, you may submit your registration form on June 1 to confirm group accommodations; but without accompanying registration fees, your group would incur late registration charges.
Please call our office to confirm receipt of all registration forms and fees.
Registration fees are nonrefundable.
The conference is open to those in seventh through twelfth grade.
There must be at least one worker for every eight teenagers. Every group that brings both young ladies and young men must have at least one male youth worker and one female youth worker.
Young ladies are required to wear knee-length skirts or dresses, and young men should wear a collared shirts to all evening services. Young ladies may wear modest culottes during activity times—no pants, please.
The following meals are included in the registration fees: light refreshments following the Monday evening service; breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday. Nurseries will not be provided.
A conference hotel rate has been secured by North Valley Baptist Church for two hotels. The cost for lodging is not included in your conference fee. Occupancy per room is based on 4, depending on room type. For example, if the number of adult ladies and teenage girls in your group is 12, you should book 3 rooms. If the number were 13, the number would be rounded up.

All delegations must be properly supervised at all times. You will read in the conference brochure that North Valley Baptist Church requires one worker to be assigned to every eight teenagers. Every group that brings both young ladies and young men must have at least one male youth worker and one female youth worker. The safety of our young people is paramount.
Please be considerate and mindful not only of personnel and other guests within each hotel but also of the buildings and properties of each establishment. Please do not run in the hallways, play loud music, bring any animals or pets, and conduct or take part in any other activities that may disrupt other guests or cause damage to any items or buildings owned by each establishment.
North Valley Baptist Church security personnel will be available at the conference hotels to answer any questions delegates may have about our guidelines as well as any related conference matters and to help maintain a good testimony for all of our delegates. We ask that you please inform your young people to heed their instructions.
North Valley Baptist Church will not be held responsible for any injury, damage, or theft that may occur during the conference. Money or personal items should never be left unattended.
We do provide airport transportation. However, pick-ups and drop-offs must be confirmed with our office prior to the conference. Please contact Tom Apusen at 408-988-8881, x228, for further details. Please note that the nearest airport to the conference is San José International Airport (4 miles, 8 minutes), followed by San Francisco International Airport and Oakland International Airport (both approximately 33 miles, 39 minutes).
Transportation will only run to the hotels that are sponsored by the conference. Please plan on providing your own transportation to and from the church if you are staying in hotels not recommended by the conference.
The Annual Bible Bowl will cover the book of James. Match schedules will be announced throughout the week of the conference.
The maximum number of teams per church is 2, and every team must have 4 young people. (Please note that a young person may only be on 1 team. For example, John A. from your youth group may not be on Team 1 and Team 2 representing your church. He may only be on 1 team.)
Groups may sign up for the Annual Bible Bowl on the Group Registration Form.
