Pastor Trieber passionately urges young people to recognize the need of the hour and to surrender to God’s work in this brief video. The conference’s theme, “Knowing the Time,” from Romans 13:11, sets the tone for powerful preaching, awesome activities, and hilarious skits.
Dr. Jack Trieber, pastor of the North Valley Baptist Church, can best be described as an enthusiastic, Bible-believing preacher with a message for this needy hour. God has used Dr. Trieber to accomplish much for His glory in Santa Clara, California, since he became pastor in 1976. Under his leadership, the church averages nearly 3,000 in attendance each Sunday. Pastor Trieber has been hosting this conference for 40 years.
Pastor Sam Epley grew up in a preacher’s family in western Kentucky. From a young age, he was blessed to be involved in the ministry, traveling with his family, singing, and preaching for six years. He has dedicated himself to serving God as an assistant pastor and pastor for the past 15+ years. Pastor Epley is known for his energetic preaching style and passion for reaching the next generation.
Dr. Mike Johnson is the fiery yet compassionate pastor of the Shasta Baptist Church in Redding, California. Following his graduation from Bible college, Pastor Johnson moved with his young family to Redding to plant a church for the glory of God. He has never wavered from that great calling. Since 1996, Pastor Johnson has traveled to GSBC on Tuesday mornings to train the next generation of Christian servants
Mark Swanson is the pastor of the Berean Baptist Church. Pastor Swanson spent the first twenty-two years of his ministry as the youth pastor before assuming the role of pastor. He has served our Lord faithfully and continues to give teenagers a solid foundation on which they can build a Christ-centered life. He has become a favorite speaker at our conferences.

The pre-registration deadline is Thursday, June 1. For groups to qualify for the pre-registration rates listed, registration forms and fees must be submitted by this date. Registration sent via mail must be postmarked for June 1.
All registration fees increase by $20 after June 1. Please keep in mind that group registration is incomplete without registration forms and fees. For example, you may submit your registration form on June 1 to confirm group accommodations; but without accompanying registration fees, your group would incur late registration charges.
Please call our office to confirm receipt of all registration forms and fees.
Registration fees are nonrefundable.
The conference is open to those in seventh through twelfth grade.
There must be at least one worker for every eight teenagers. Every group that brings both young ladies and young men must have at least one male youth worker and one female youth worker.
Young ladies are required to wear knee-length skirts or dresses, and young men should wear a collared shirts to all evening services. Young ladies may wear modest culottes during activity times—no pants, please.
The following meals are included in the registration fees: light refreshments following the Monday evening service; breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday. Nurseries will not be provided.
A conference hotel rate has been secured by North Valley Baptist Church for two hotels. The cost for lodging is not included in your conference fee. Occupancy per room is based on 4, depending on room type. For example, if the number of adult ladies and teenage girls in your group is 12, you should book 3 rooms. If the number were 13, the number would be rounded up.

Please be considerate and mindful not only of personnel and other guests within each hotel but also of the buildings and properties of each establishment. Please do not run in the hallways, play loud music, bring any animals or pets, and conduct or take part in any other activities that may disrupt other guests or cause damage to any items or buildings owned by each establishment.
North Valley Baptist Church security personnel will be available at the conference hotels to answer any questions delegates may have about our guidelines as well as any related conference matters and to help maintain a good testimony for all of our delegates. We ask that you please inform your young people to heed their instructions.
North Valley Baptist Church will not be held responsible for any injury, damage, or theft that may occur during the conference. Money or personal items should never be left unattended.
