General Information

  • The conference is open to those in sixth through twelfth grade.
  • There must be at least one worker for every eight teenagers. Every group that brings both young ladies and young men must have at least one male youth worker and one female youth worker.
  • Young ladies are required to wear knee-length skirts or dresses, and young men must wear slacks and collared shirts to all services and sessions. Young ladies may wear modest culottes during activity times—no pants, please.
  • The following meals are included in the registration fees: light refreshments following the Monday evening service; breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday; and breakfast prior to the Thursday morning service.
  • Nurseries will not be provided.
  • Online registration is available.
  • We do provide airport transportation. However, pick-ups and drop-offs must be confirmed with our office prior to the conference. Please note that the nearest airport to the conference is San José International Airport (4 miles, 8 minutes), followed by San Francisco International Airport and Oakland International Airport (both approximately 33 miles, 39 minutes).

Registration Information

The pre-registration deadline is Monday, June 2. To qualify for the pre-registration rates listed below, registration forms and fees must be submitted by this date.

If your group registers by or before June 2 and requests accommodations in one of our conference hotels, your registration fees are as follows:

$160 per Youth Delegate / $100 per Sponsor

If your group registers by or before June 2 and requests accommodations in one of our *dormitories, your registration fees are as follows:

$150 per Youth Delegate / $100 per Sponsor (by request and based upon availability)

If your group registers by or before June 2 and will not require accommodations, meaning that you will secure your own lodgings, your registration fees are as follows:

$100 per Youth Delegate / $100 per Sponsor

Important!

Groups registering after June 2 and requiring accommodations will be asked either to stay in the dormitories, pending availability, or to secure their own accommodations for the week.

There is the possibility that rooms within a conference hotel or dormitory will still be available after June 2; please contact Crissi Hussin for more information.

To qualify for the sponsor rate, a person must be eighteen years of age or older.

Please contact the church offices to confirm receipt of all registration forms and fees.

All registration fees increase by $20 after June 2. Please keep in mind that registration is incomplete without registration forms and fees. For example, you may submit your registration forms on June 2 to confirm group accommodations; but without accompanying registration fees, your group would incur late registration charges.

Registration will be held on the second level of the Commons Building on the campus of Golden State Baptist College on Monday, June 23, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and then following the evening service. Materials for the week—conference booklets, team assignments, group t-shirts, room keys (for groups staying in a conference hotel or dormitory), etc.—will be distributed at registration.
