OUR SPEAKERS

Bro. Chalie Clark, co-pastor of the Solid Rock Baptist Church in Berlin, New Jersey, helped his father start that church twenty-nine years ago. He has served on staff full-time for the past 21 years, working as the youth pastor as well as founding the Young Ambassadors for Christ, a ministry for teenagers in the Northeast.

Bro. Mark Swanson is the pastor at the Berean Baptist Church in Rockford, Illinois. Bro. Mark spent the first twenty-two years of ministry as youth pastor before assuming the role of pastor. He has served our Lord faithfully and continues to give teenagers a solid foundation on which they can build a Christ-centered life. He has become a favorite speaker at our Youth Conference.

Bro. Ryan Thompson has been attending our church since he was in fourth grade. After graduating from NVBS and GSBC, he joined the church staff in 2000. He now serves as GSBC Vice President, administrative pastor, helps oversee Youth Conference and Pastors' Conference, and coaches in the sports department.

Pastor Trieber has been the pastor of the North Valley Baptist Church since March 1, 1976. He took over the fledgling church with twenty-two people in the first Sunday evening service. God has blessed this church each year with substantial spiritual and numerical growth. In 1977, the North Valley Baptist Schools was established; and in 1996, Golden State Baptist College was founded to train men and women for full-time ministry. Under his leadership, hundreds of pastors, evangelists, missionaries, and Christian servants have been called and sent forth into the gospel ministry.

Bro. Tim Trieber has attended North Valley since birth. He graduated from GSBC in 2005. Later that year, he joined our church staff. In January 2006, he became the full-time youth pastor. He oversees the entire youth ministry of our church, preaches weekly to approximately 300 teenagers, and has preached many youth meetings across America.
